The Clinton County Historical Museum has been temporarily closed as the result of Corona Virus restrictions. But that doesn't mean the staff and volunteers have been idle. In fact, the museum has gone into refurbishment and renovation mode, with old exhibits being removed, new exhibits being planned and sorely needed repairs being undertaken.
When we reopen, expect to see a new exhibit on the Prohibition Era, a renovated and improved gift shop and much improved interiors throughout. What you won't see are the major improvements that were made to the computer system and numerous other infrastructure renovations.
We can't wait to welcome back Clinton County Historical Association members and the general public when renovations are complete and the Covid Virus restrictions are lifted.
